Buddy Key
Every day there are ppl advertising they want to buy a buddy key. Why will they pay lots of money (500k) to get a stupid 10 hours / 14 days key?
Do you guys think it's ok to sell a buddy key if u got one? |

I mean, If I got a key, I would take the risk (knowing it could be a scam) to sell it. |

Linked with the buddy key? No, it most certainly isn't.

As well as all the above "It's a scam" statements.
Don't forget to get a screenshot of their buying the accounts, make a report to support and have their account banned. |

The buddy key is NOT linked to your game key, there is NO way they can get info from one about the other.

If you mean with "linked" that your original Nightfall code is somewhat linked with the accompanying buddy code: no, that's nonsense, since the buddy code is supposed to be given away to a "buddy" (hence the name) for him to try the game. It's the meaning of this code: go be given away as a promotion.
Nowadays the buddy code is not needed any more, since everyone can create a trial account from the official Guildwars website. Which tells a lot about the real intention of the ingame-s(p/c)ammers: they don't really want the buddy code, they want to steal your account data. They ask for it when they say they want to pay you for the code. They don't simply give gold via the trading window, they want your account login data to transfer the money hidden as they state. If you give it, they steal your account: change password and steal all valuables. You never get any ingame gold. |
